Delighten is about making things that both make people happy and form a connection between them and the item. It's about breaking the trend cycle and creating something truly special for you.
It all began with a passion…
A passion for creating beautiful items, and a passion for expression. When the creator of Delighten took the leap and moved into the city to follow her dreams she observed that the shops all sold similar, generic, assuming things. Nothing stood out. Even thrifting became a desirable trend.
So what could she do to change this? Growing up surrounded by nature gave her a sense of belonging amongst the environment and an understanding of the power the natural world can have on the soul. A dream and a passion crafted together under a desk lamp in a Wellington bedroom. This. and a desire to create beauty in the unique, is what founded Delighten.
A place where unique souls can find unique pieces to accentuate their individual beauty.
